I have recently downloaded the 2.2.4 kernel and downloaded the new patch for 2.2.4 along with the binary. I applied the patch and enabled everything in the network options, just to be sure I don't miss anything, in the recompiling the kernel options. After I recompile the kernel I try to the entry for static NAT, and it does not apprear to work.

Specifics:
NAT box host IP addresses: 192.2.0.150 eth0
                           192.2.1.150 eth1
Host A IP address: 192.2.1.15
Translated host A IP Address: 192.2.0.15
Host B IP address: 192.2.0.100

When I ping from host A to host B I get a timeout.
When I ping from host B to Host A I get a timeout.
When I ping from NAT box I get a reply back to both addresses, real and translated.

Command used:
ipnatadm -O -i -b -S 192.2.1.15/32 -M 192.2.0.15/32

Apparently I am missing something very easy and I have looked everywhere and I am unable to figure it out. Any assistance would be greatful.

Also I planning on using ipchains for packet filtering. Is there and order in which I need to load the rules to make sure it works? Thanks in advance.
