VPN using NAT ???

Hi, Can I use NAT on Linux to setup a VPN pipe from my home office to a central office ??? I've read about the PPTP patch for MASQ however it appears to assume that all client machines a windows based. I have some non wintel machines that I'd still like accessable via a VPN. Thoughts anyone ?? Regards, Greg.
