I had a lot of little but strange problems like this one. I used: tcpdump on the sender line, tcpdump on the receiver line, and option -o for the ipnatadm rule, and then I looked at the headers, how they really looked like, and thought about what SHOULD be there on each section of the network. That's all I can say. Please tell us if you were able to find the source of the problem.
