Well, you are probably out of luck here with NAT or masquerading. The problem is that Netmeeting sends the IP address of your local machine to the other side. Since that is in the BODY of a packet, it does not get translated by NAT or masquerading. The only way I got NM working through a firewall was to use tunneling, i.e., Microsoft's PPTP protocol.
