Question: Performance issue!

I'm planning to use IP NAT on my network. But I had some questions on it:

1- What level of performance degradation can I expect? I'll use a PPro machine with 64Mb RAM, but It will do NAT for over 400 machines (not all at same time but...)

2- Are there another place to get IP NAT sources? The sources here on www.csn.tu-chemnitz.de are a little old.
